This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, applicable Proposal, Statement of Work (SOW), or Service Contract. In case of any inconsistency, the terms agreed in the specific service contract shall prevail.
1. General Policy
All services provided by Webwone Digital are digital, customized, and service-based in nature. Due to the time, resources, and expertise involved, refunds are limited and governed strictly by this policy.
By engaging our services or making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
2. One-Time Services
One-time services include, but are not limited to:
- Website design and development
- SEO audits and technical audits
- Strategy consultations
- Content creation or design projects
- Website optimization or setup services
Refund Terms
- Once work has commenced, no refunds shall be issued, unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable service contract.
- If a cancellation request is made before work has started, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion after deducting administrative, onboarding, and setup costs.
- Any exception to this policy must be agreed upon in writing.
3. Monthly Retainer Services
Monthly and recurring services include, but are not limited to:
- SEO retainers
- Ongoing digital marketing services
- Website maintenance
- Consulting or advisory services
Cancellation Terms
- A minimum 30-day written notice is required to cancel a retainer or recurring service, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
- Services shall continue during the notice period.
- No refunds shall be issued for the current or any past billing cycles.
- Fees already billed or paid for retainers are non-refundable.
4. Client Delays, Non-Responsiveness & Inactivity
To deliver services effectively, timely cooperation from the client is required.
If a client fails to provide required information, approvals, content, or access:
Projects or services inactive for 30 consecutive days may be considered abandoned and closed without refund, unless otherwise agreed in writing
Project timelines may be paused without liability
No refunds shall be issued for delays caused by the client
5. Service-Specific Refund Terms
Certain services may have custom refund, pause, or cancellation terms, which will be clearly outlined in the applicable:
- Proposal
- Statement of Work (SOW)
- Retainer Agreement
- Service Contract
Such service-specific terms shall override this general policy where applicable.
6. Force Majeure
No refunds shall be issued for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government actions or legal restrictions
- Platform outages or system failures
- Internet or infrastructure disruptions
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks, reversals, or payment disputes may result in:
- Immediate suspension of services
- Termination of the engagement
- Recovery actions for outstanding dues or damages
